Not out of the box. You would need to incorporate a charting library like Google Charts or Chart.js.
If the "benchmark" is not hard coded, you will need to use AJAX to import it.

That means I can enter a hard data and then use google chart to draw a chart comparing the results of the user's tests with the standard data that I set out.
