Formulas can pull data from multiple responses

I was wondering in the limesurvey when returning the results of a survey,
The idea would be a chart comparing the current survey to a supposed benchmarked survey.
With the above idea, can Lime survery do it?
Sorry if my question is not clear, since I just learned about limesurvey

Not out of the box. You would need to incorporate a charting library like Google Charts or Chart.js.

If the "benchmark" is not hard coded, you will need to use AJAX to import it.

That means I can enter a hard data and then use google chart to draw a chart comparing the results of the user's tests with the standard data that I set out.

Yes, you can do that.
Here an simple example that shows the frequency of the rating over all respondents and uses HighChart
