When I want to import an audio/video file on the server (to finally insert in the questionnaire) I receive the following message:" Erreur interne du serveuris_file(): open_basedir restriction in effect. Mr. Denischu had given a tip that worked. It was to update a config.php file of the server by adding a line of code at the top of the file. I managed to go to the server (see attached picture), but when I launch a search, many files with the same name ("config.php") are displayed. I can't identify the file concerned. Can you give me the path to the file that needs to be updated?
Moreover, I am not a computer scientist; I am a statistician. I don't know how to update these types of files. Can you please help me?

In "application/config" there should be only one file called "config.php".
The others (like "config-sample-mysql.php") are sample files of the several database types or the default settings for LimeSurvey ("config-defaults.php").

You need a FTP access or a SSH acces.

How do you setup LimeSurvey ?

Else : path and open_base_dir are related : your hoister made a big error here …
