Extended theme has options in one page

Extended theme has options in one page was created by Jmantysalo
Theme options for fruity are nicely shown in tabs ("Colors", "Images" etc). If I extend the theme to a new one, then settings are shown in one long page. Is this intentional?
Note: If I asked something and forgot to say version, I am using LS 5.x.

No : i don't think. And if i rmind it's not the case in some 4.X version.

Bug reporting ?
