Dear all

I'm trying to add a QR code in the message that appears after answering a questionnaire. But, I couldn't find the right view source code file where I can write the corresponding lines. Can anybody tell me what file should I modify? I'm using the version 3.22.20+200617. Thanks a lot in advance.

best regards
Gilberto

Hi, Gilberto

I should say the "submit.twig" is the right place.

Here I entered a small picture by theme editor .

I am wondering why a QR Code is needed. You are already in an online questionnaire. If you filled the questionnaire, you can copy any code presented. For a QR code you need to get your smartphone out and scan it first. I don't see much advantage.

And if you are one of the many that already use a smartphone to fill in the survey, how do you scan the QR code?

QR codes are great to quickly "digitalize" things (e.g. a link on a questionnaire, a poster, etc.), but if things are alreay digital, why the QR code? Just curious. There might be scenarios that I did not take into considerations.

Hi

After answering the questions of the survey, related to covid19 symptoms, the QR code will be used as an access control mechanism. Of course, it depends on the sincerity of the people that answer the survey but is a matter of social responsibility.

cheers
Gilberto

Still don't understand how the QR code helps, but I assume you have thought this through and have your reasons.

For me, QR codes are only really relevant if you have something offline that you want to make accessible online without having to type the data or an URL. Otherwise you could always just show the link, code or text that is 'hidden' within the QR code anyway.
