LimeSurvey "File Upload" question type not working

LimeSurvey "File Upload" question type not working was created by omarhowlader
Hello,
I am creating a survey using LimeSurvey version 4.3.0+200616 on a Windows OS WAMP server, but my File Upload question type is not working. When I activate the survey and go on to upload a jpeg image file on the live survey, it shows a white screen with the text below

"/limesurvey/index.php/uploader/index/mode/upload/sid/675476/preview/0/fieldname/675476X1X1/"

It is just a page with the text above, no back or forward button, images are attached to this post here.

Any help would be greatly appreciated as this is urgent for the project I am working on.

If you're project are really urgent : maybe best is to setup a 3.X version : last real stable version

With last last versioon pf chrome on windows.
