Two Windows issues in LimeSurveyFileManager.php was created by koynshaw
In the file application\controllers\admin\LimeSurveyFileManager.php

1. Function checkFolder()
Should detect the value of $sFolderPath or we get an error as the attached picture:

if (empty($sFolderPath))
return $sFolderPath;

2. Function collectCompleteFolderList()
Should change the 'slash' to DIRECTORY_SEPARATOR:

$folders[$itrtSsurveyId] = 'upload' . DIRECTORY_SEPARATOR . 'surveys' . DIRECTORY_SEPARATOR . $itrtSsurveyId;

And yes : anybody can not push on limesurvey code …
