Kindly assist with Array by column in my survey, when you select option and go to the second question it shows what has been selected but going to the third it erase the first question and the 4th question also erase the second chosen option. Share how to fix this on my survey.see the attached screenshot.

your screenshot shows the correct and intended behaviour of an array by column (one selection per column).

You fix it selecting the correct question type for this kind of question.
