I can't open my survey created in my phone.
It takes ages for the page to load and then it gives the following error :

This website is not accesible
"IP ADRESS" has taken to much time to give an answer.

How can I publish a survey on the web? It lets me send the survey to computers in my house but when I send it to others with another ip address it doesn't work.

It sounds to me like you have LimeSurvey on a machine on a local network.

Your LimeSurvey instance needs to be on a publicly accessible web server.

I also don't understand why if I have activated both options : show public the survey and allow public registration, why does it appear on publication and access settings , NO.

I attached all the options I referred to.

This has nothing to do with LimeSurvey settings - it is about where you have the software hosted.

I suggest you Google "web hosting" or buy a pro package from LimeSurvey .
