Please let us know how to enable logging in LimeSurvey using PHP.
Also let us know how to restart limesurvey app.

PHP logging: see several entries in your php.ini file
Also useful: .../tmp/runtime/application.log on your webserver where LimeSurvey is installed
Restart: depends on your system, you'll have to restart Apache or IIS or whichever webserver you are using
