Translation status was created by elissa

Today I noticed that translation status for LimeSurvey 3.x.x changed significantly (several hundred new items to translate), while not for LimeSurvey 4.x.x. I would rather expect opposite situation - new translations for LS 4. Is this right?

4.x.x seem to have 3.X translation and 3 the 4.X trabnslation file

Assistance on LimeSurvey forum and LimeSurvey core development are on my free time.
