There was a need to edit the base language, that is, English.
Not survey language, interface language.
How can i do this?
Does the base language .po file exist?

I'm not into the stuff, but I would expect no translation as default. But you want to override some text parts. I would test that by placing e.g. "New survey" as the translation for "Create survey" in the English file.

i recorded the action on the autoclicker and automatically transferred the text from msgid to msgstr.
