Questions cannot be previewed after execution of questionnaire for testing

Questions cannot be previewed after execution of questionnaire for testing was created by doracarolo
After executing a questionnaire for testing, a can not preview the questions anymore.

It shows an Error:

" you already completed this survey

Please contact [administrator's name] for further assistance".

Can you clarify why this happens and what to do to solve the problem?

Disable tokens and "Set cookie to prevent repeated participation".

Even with cookie, in my opinion : Question and group must not check the cookie :)
