At the beginning I tried to use forum's search and also google for over 2 days and couldn't found the answer so I decided to create a post.
Version of LimeSurvey: limesurvey3.15.6+190108 (CE)
DB: MSSQL
WebServer: IIS 8
What I wanted to achieve:
Someone answers all question and click submit. I want access from SQL DB all his responses that he has just submit. tables.
Current LimeSurvey behaviour:
I observe that LimeSurvey stores responses in SQL DB after entire survey expires. Before that no matter how many persons filled survey, no data is stored in DB (Maybe temporarily in files).
Questions:
1. Is that standard behaviour what I observed?
2. How can I achieve this what I described?

This is incorrect. The data is stored when any survey page is submitted.
