PDF Image Folder was created by bismark
It seems not possible to change the K_PATH_IMAGES constant of tcpdf because tcpdf-config already defines it

the application/libraries/admin/pdf.php constructor-Method does not have effect
Code:
foreach ($this->cfg_constant_map as $const => $cfgkey) {
    if (!defined($const)) {
        define($const, $this->_config[$cfgkey]);
        #echo sprintf("Defining: %s = %s\n<br />", $const, $this->_config[$cfgkey]);
    }
}

So, when I need to show a headerlogo in a pdf, I have to put it to application/thrid_party/tcpdf-folder?
Furthermore I have to change application/helpers/admin/statistics_helper.php to assign the image?
