I'm working simultaneously with a colleague on a survey in Basic Package. However, all his questions can easily be previewed (both of us can do this), but mine cannot (none of us can see these). If I try to display it, it just shows a blank preview.

We are working in the same account. Does any know how this is possible and how we could resolve this?

Same account, but different user logins? Your colleague did created your login account into LimeSurvey, correct?
Global admin has to check these setting:

We have the same account and the same user login. The button has been enabled for all users.

Could it be something different?

Ask the support of LimeSurvey GmbH, since you are on their servers.
Did you check different browsers? Create a new user in LimeSurvey and try again.
