I'm getting HTTP ERROR 500 when I try to access a particular template in the template editor. But there are 20-30 templates in the template editor. But the issue is with only two templates, So kindly help me to solve this problem.

Volunteers are not paid.
Not because they are worthless, but because they are priceless

Hi,
to be honest, how do you expect us to help?
You say, 20 work, 2 do not.
Did you compare the template folders of the working templates and the not working ones?
Anyway, it is advisable you zip one of working templates and one of the not working (the template folder in "upload/templates")
and attach these two files.
Maybe somebody will see something.
