Hi, I am new to Lime Survey. I've designed a sample survey, added 4 participants (with tokens) to my participant list, sent out invitations and had 2 people answer the survey. Although Lime shows that they have completed a record, it says I have had 0 responses (see my attached screenshot) and there is no data to download (even though I know proper responses to the questions were inputted).

Any ideas of what I am doing wrong please?

What version of LimeSurvey is used?

but I don't understand how they 'debugged' the issue.

This is a different issue. You may found a new issue with LS 3.

The token counter is not important. The responses counter is.
Did you try it on your own without other people?

Do you allow people to clear there answers? It the survey conducted in the all in one mode?
Or are questions or groups shown?
