When we put an online survey and provide the link as soon as someone accesses the link to view the survey automatically a blank record is recorded even if nothing has been done in the survey, ie no field is answered.
This means that if 30 people just click on the link and open an inquiry, a record is immediately recorded.
Can this be avoided?

That is the typical way it works in surveysoftware. You seem to use LS in a different way, when you write "open a inquiry".
