Prefilling answer with token attribute is not working was created by arunicbe

I want to prefill a short text field with token email attribute.

I have written the javascript code like this.

Code:

$("#answer792869X13X140").val('{TOKEN:EMAIL}');

The text field shows {TOKEN:EMAIL} instead of the value.

How to fix this?

Hi, I'd suggest you set the text field default value to '{TOKEN:EMAIL}', no need for javascript there!
