After creating the surveys and adding the participants, when we access each survey participants we can find many fields(information about the participants: ID, first name, last name, email address...) that we don't need. The question is how to specify the fields that we need to stay there?

You can find in the attachments example of these fields.

These fields are found in : survey > Survey Participants > Display Participants

How can I remove these fields? I tried to modify the teplate, but I didn't succeed.
