We've changed the message on the LimeSurvey welcome screen "This is the LimeSurvey admin interface. Start to build your survey from here." to something specific to our organization.

Now we would like to add this new text with a French translation into the French po file. I've downloaded the poEdit software and am trying to modify the limesurvey-25-fr file but I can only seem to edit the translation of an existing English text. I can't figure out how to add a new text and translation. Please help.
