Hi,
When exporting the results as a PDF the codes and results are correct (see screenshot B2-B9...)

HOWEVER, when I use queXML PDF, it exports the codes are all wrong? (see screenshot 'Section C: B2-B9). This is not section C, has never been section C and I don't want section C there?

Why is this happening? And how can it be fixed?

Probably queXML uses it's own numbering scheme.
The queXML export is provided by a third party so I am not sure. Best would be to create a bug report at bugs.limesurvey.org and we will assign it to the original queXML author.
