I am looking someone who is expert and can help me with installation of the SW in my wordpress site, installing the database , creating few surveys and also adding integration mechanism such as google id or LinkedIn /Facebook.

Provide your LS version and where it is installed (own server, uni/employer, SaaS hosting, etc.).
Always provide a LSS file (not LSQ or LSG).
