how to use boolean em in countifop?

{countifop('==','true','cat>dog?','apple>orange','father>son')}
the question is how to write EM in countifop, like if(cat.value>dog.value,true,false)?

I'm not sure why you would want to do that. When using countifop, you can only compare to a single value. Why not use a simple or nested IF statements?
