HI, I need to do my survey for my master's thesis. I was able to create the list of tokens (as I need to do this) but unfortunately I cannot send invitation by email. The program is telling me that the invitation was sent but I do not have it on my email box, and it is not in the SPAM.
Also in the invitation I cannot put automatically the name and, URL for the survey from the token field.
I am using the version LimeSurvey 2.00+
Can please someone help me ?
I tried again this morning and everything seemed to be working just fine. I made no changes to anything. I'm going to monitor it over the next few days to see if the issue repeats itself.
Yesterday when I was having the issue I was on the phone with my hosting provider and they confirmed that it wasn't an email server issue. They were able to get the survey links without any issue. I had someone remotely try and they were having the same issue as I was yesterday, so not exactly sure what was going on.
