I am wondering why limesurvey does nothing when I try to save my label set. I have made sure that my user has been given the right to save labels, but I am not still able to do so. Any thoughts?

I would recommend to make an update to the latest version and see if this problem still persists. this might have been fixed.

Hi guys I'm new in Lime survey son I'm pretty sure I have the latest version. The label set saving was working fine till this morning. If I try to save a new label set it just duplicates a previous one I saved a couple of days ago.
I even tried removing the additiona language on the survey just in case as it was one of the chnaged variables since yesterday. But no luck:(

Difficult to figure out the issue looking at screenshots. May we can find the issue looking at how you are doing it. I suggest to install a chrome extension [ chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/animat...nfkpnijehcm?hl=en-US ] this will help you to record screen for around 30 seconds and convert it to gif . You can upload gif here on forums. Set gif quality to low from extension setting so that gif size remain low while you upload here on forums.

I'm new using gif screen capture hope this helps. I saved several but the size its still to big. Do you know the limit to upload?
Basically I have issues when wanting to save label sets on 1st scale of dual scale array question on first question. It saves the label from scale 2 and not the labels on scale 1. I also tried Saving as new label set and replacing current label set.
I don't have the issues on saving label sets for subquestions on fisrt question or last ranking question.

In the mean time you can manage your label from Edit label set menu. Label sets defined here are available in all surveys.
