My users are attempting to export their answers as a PDF, but the PDF created is coming up blank. All it has is 1 paged titled: "Survey name (ID):..."

I've tested it in Chrome, Firefox, and Internet Explorer and it occurs in all.

I've also looked around the forum, but can't seem to find anyone experiencing this particular issue. Could it be some setting in the survey, that is preventing the answers from being displayed despite the "allow participants to print" being set to Yes? I apologize if the answer is out there and I missed it, but please let me know if I did!

How many questions are there at your PDF?

Are there any hints at the server's error logs?

I am using the latest versions. I switched to the default template and it is still blank.

I imported an older version of the survey and it is working fine with that one.

At my PDF? none. In the survey entire survey, there are 85 questions.

I'm sorry, but I'm not technical really... I don't know how to check the server's error logs. My job was just to create the survey.

I imported an older version of the survey, that has fewer questions (26) and the "export answers as PDF" works perfectly.
