I'm trying to test (for the 1st time) sending email invitations with my own email.

I've -
1/ Created a participant for my survey table, with all the details needed (name, valid email address, email status OK, token left blank for random to be chosen, invitation sent - N, Completed - N, uses left - 1, Valid from/until - i tried it both with date and blank).
2/ I click the envelope icon on the table to send an invitation.
3/ I reach the page with the template of the email
4/ Click "send invitations"
5/ I reach a warning page:


I don't think I fit any of that criteria. I tried several times with different valid and correct email addresses. What am I doing wrong? How can I send an invitation?

Have you generated tokens for all participants?

I'm not sure what that means. What do I need to do to generate a token? I thought that I add a participant to the table with the details and it generates a token for me. What action do I need to do?

There is a button in the menu "Generate tokens" (toothed wheel). If you don't put tokens manually the option does it for you.
