Hi all!

I'm sure LS users have done 360 surveys and that is why i'm asking if anybody does have "template" or structural help how to make it?

I'm a noob :blink: in LS, so if somebody has any help, I really appreciate it.

Make sure to not mix up term. A Limesurvey "template" is a design/theme. Check www.limesurvey-templates.com/index.php for examples.

You are probably talking about survey drafts. For 360 degree surveys this is quite complex and the survey design depends on your requirements:
What are your exact requirements?

1. What's the work-flow you have in mind?

2. What are your needs when it comes to data analysis?

3. I have worked on several 360 degree surveys in the past but the requirements can be very different so more details would help.

Interesting. Was the piping of feedback or answers from different respondents to another respondent part of the workflow.

Example:
Sub-manager #1 -> Vote on Manager
Sub-manager #1 -> Vote on Manager
Manager -> See's Votes of Sub-managers as part of a question in his own questionnaire.

Nope, embedding another person's response at the survey session of a certain participant was not part of this.
Technically it can be done using an Ajax call but you somehow need to store the relationship model somewhere which is required when querying the data on survey page load.

Requirements: I have to create a basic 360 survey for an organisation with 1 director, 5 managers, 15 sub-managers and 60 employees.

Respondents workflow:

Director -> Managers
Managers -> Self, own sub-manager, manager colleagues
Sub-manager -> Self, Own Manager, Sub-manager colleagues
Employees -> Sub-manager

Relationships gathering is done by Excel, not in LS email.

Questions: some questions excluded from colleagues

Data-analysis: Everything is happening in Excel, datasheets are ready. Reporting in PowerPoint, also template is ready.

I've done this once before in Surveypal, and I don't want to do the tricks I used there anymore in LS.
