I have been unable to get normal array questions to work.

If I create a standard array (or number or text array) question with custom answer options I just get an empty screen. Changing the question type to Array 10/5 point choice or even array by column works fine. It appears to be a problem only with pages that should show the custom answers along the x axis

There are no conditions for the question. Viewing the source for the blank page shows:

I assume you have added sub-questions (y-axis). Can you attach a sample survey?

Yes I have sub-questions. Just switching the question type to a 5 point answer works perfectly.

Were you ever able to get the Array questions to work? I am having a similar problem where I cannot get the subquestions or labels to show.

Have you tried with the latest version and default template (or on the demo site)? If so, can you attach a sample survey?

Tpartner, he is on Limeservice (saw that in another question), so I assume it is the lastest version. I have sent him to the Limeservice support.

Thanks for the response. I am using the latest version, the default template, and the install and hosting are at LimeService. I did upload my survey to the demo site to see if that made any difference, but it did not. The arrays still didn't work.

Interestingly, about an hour after I submitted a support ticket to LimeSurvey, the original array question that I couldn't get to work mysteriously began to work. However, subsequent array questions that I set up using the same settings do not work. This is a bit befuddling. Here are the settings I am using:

Code: RSAT01
Question: Please select the option below
Question type: Array
Question Group: Relationship Satisfaction 1
Mandatory: Yes
Relevance equation: 1

ADVANCED SETTINGS

Hide tip: Yes
(Sub-)question width:

Each of the array questions use predefined label sets for the options, have approximately 20 subquestions, and are the only question within a group (for display purposes).

Weird error. Try deleting the question and group and set it up again.
