Hello,

I would be happy if there is an additional option for single- and multi-select fields (radio buttons and check boxes):
to select for each field element if there is a small text input field behind, or not.
(it is no good idea to have just one big comment field at single-select fields!!!)

I have so many situations where I would like to implement optional input fields. At some field options it is necessary at others it makes no sense that there is an input possibility.

So would be very fine to have this feature be supported soon!
What do you think??...

PS: I added this to your issue tracker already...

You can use a multiple choice with comments type question. If you need single-choice, set the maximum answers to 1.
