I have the following issue:

I created a questionnaire with some date/time fields. The problem is that after the submission the date changes.

For example, I answered the following date of birth in a date/time question: "17-03-1986"
When I then review the response, I see "20-05-2017".

My server has the correct time and so does limesurvey console from global settings.

Plus when I'm adding a survey the "Date Created" is completely wrong (as you can see in the attached image)...
