I have been trying to read through the manual and understand a few things I can do but I'm asking more of a general survey structure question first. I have 3 items A, B, C. First I need to figure out which of the items have been used by the consumer which is fairly simple. From there for every item they use I need to ask 3 more questions. Overall on a scale of 1-10 how would you rate each product. And an open text box for things liked. A separate text box for things unliked. A separate text box to make suggestions for improvement.

Would you create a question group for the first question and then 3 question groups each for the question/answers for A, B, and C. Or is there a much easier way to accomplish something like this or somewhere else that has a similar example.
