Blank page with only "to fill" on it keeps showing up?

A lot of the respondents to my survey have been complaining that, after filling in a page and clicking to go to the next one, they will sometimes instead wind up on a blank page with no buttons and only the words "to fill" on it. I tested the survey myself and, right after I answered the final question, wound up on the same page. My response was counted as incomplete because of this.

What's up with that page? Why is it showing up? How can I make it go away?

I didn't try to manipulate the code or anything, by the way. All the features I used on this survey were default ones - mostly just radio and multiple choice questions.

Thank you!

Difficult to say without a link or an example survey.

You'll need to find where "to fill" is written.

First of all a few questions:
- Which Limesurvey version?
- Which template are you using?
- What do you have written in "End message"?

Help us to help you!
  • Provide your LS version and where it is installed (own server, uni/employer, SaaS hosting, etc.).
  • Always provide a LSS file (not LSQ or LSG).
Note: I answer at this forum in my spare time, I'm not a LimeSurvey GmbH employee.

Check your quotas/terms. Sounds like someone added a term and didn't know what to put for the text so they left "to fill" there. Would explain the lack of buttons and it not coded as complete.
