I'm trying to test the invitation to my survey. For reasons I don't understand, when I click on the survey link I get the message saying that "the token number that was entered was invalid for my session". Below that message there's another one: "Click here to start the survey" and when I do click it the survey begins.
I think it may get my respondents confused and I'd very much like to hear your comments on that.
