Both I and several people taking my survey are getting kicked out of the survey even though we are still active on the survey and only a minute or so has elapsed since we last typed or clicked on it. This also happens to me as admin while I'm creating the survey. Sometimes we do not get kicked out however, so there doesn't seem to be any set period of time that causes the issue. After you get kicked out you have to restart the survey - nothing is saved.

The error reads:

We are sorry but your session has expired.
Either you have been inactive for too long, you have cookies disabled for your browser, or there were problems with your connection.

I am using version 2.05+ (140404). I looked in the config-defaults.php file at the session expiration time variable. It is set to 36,000 seconds.

What may be causing this issue?

I have a long survey and allowed respondents to print there responses .This error essage pops up when I try to print my responses.
Please help
