Think best is to update callApiArcGIS to use geonames hierarchy API.

Denis, this would be great indeed.

We have the problem here that we sometimes need to rely on more specific (legally binding) geoname standards, but in reality, in most of the cases (when we use high level administrative boundaries) I am sure that GeoNames can do the work... and that would save us a lot of time in setting up these geo dropdowns!
