We want to create a multiple choice image selection so that the images are displayed in a 4x3 grid. We found the “Display Columns” setting for this, but it results in a distorted display or causes all rows of one column to be displayed first, followed by the rows of the other two columns below them. We have tried adjusting other settings to resolve the issue but have been unable to find a solution.
We would greatly appreciate any help in resolving this issue! 

Hi, I can reproduce a weird display in my old version 6.4.12.
But in 6.16.13 and 6.17.1. everything is fine.
 
So consider an update of your now 2 years old version.
