Pretty new to limesurvey. I have a couple surveys active. When I click into any survey now, the toolbar doesn't show. So no ability to add questions, view responses etc. None of this is visible anymore - www.limesurvey.org/manual/Survey_toolbar_options

Is there someway this might have been hidden by accident and I need to restore it? I am the admin user. 
I don't see an error log anywhere that I can look at.

I do still see the general settings before clicking into a survey. Once in a specific survey the "settings" and "structure" sidebar are just gone. This happens with new test surveys too. 

And I just went to grab a screenshot and for some reason it is showing up now . . . Very odd. This issue lasted for multiple days on different browsers, devices and internet connections.
I guess we are good. Hopefully it doesn't recur.
