We've always had LimeSurvey branding switched off for our surveys using: Theme options, customized theme, logo: No

This used to hide the LimeSurvey logo throughout the survey. 

Suddenly, all our surveys have started presenting the survey logo as a banner on the end page. Even with the above settings enabled. How do we hide the LimeSurvey logo from this end screen?
