I have added questions with images (Uploaded directly from my device) with single choice buttons. I am able to see those images in the questions in my desktop, however, some respondents viewing the survey on their mobiles are unable to view the images, while others are. 

I used the upload image option provided in the menu. Moreover, this issue does not occur for everyone, and even for me a few days ago, the images were visible.

Would really appreciate some help on this ASAP. Thanks !






 

I think you will need to provide a LSS file so that helpers can have a look how the images where implemented. And ideally a link to test as well.

Also: Are there any patterns in those that can and those that can't see the image?

Because it obviously works, just not for everyone. So we need to find out, why it doesn't work for some.
