I use a closed survey with a participant table and when the survey started every participant had the attribute for "uses left" = 1. after a participant did the survey on a mobile and a laptop simutanusely in the list the attribute "uses left" changed to -1. the participant told me, that he pushed the "send" button just on the Laptop but not an the mobile. does this mean, that the person completed the survey two times?
Interesting question and I won't be able to give you a definitive answer, but you can give that answer to yourself.
Have a look in the response table and filter by the token. Then you should probably see two responses, one complete, one not complete.
As long as a response hasn't finished, it can't be counted as complete. But as long as it is not complete, you can't prohibit to start a new one, depending on your settings. I assume you did not set "participant persistence", because if that would have been the case, once the respondent opened the link with the same token on a different device, the same questionnaire should open on where the participant has left of previously on the first device.
