Since updating to a new Limesurvey version following icons showed up under "Theme options" menu. What might be the reason?

Most probably something went wrong during the update. These symbols are from a library and are shown one by one where necessary in the GUI. In your case the whole set seems to be shown, which i think might be a CSS issue.

How did you update? Manually or via Comfort Update?

In any way, LS 6.11.0(released on 03/03/2025, so more than 5 months ago) is by far not the latest version of LS. I would recommend to upgrade to the latest version (which today is LS 6.15.5 and see if the problem persists.

Make sure all files are uploaded correctly during the manual update.
