Hello LimeSurvey Community,
I'm facing a critical issue with my PCOS research survey that started today. We've already collected data from 198 participants without problems, but now we're encountering an unexpected error.
The issue occurs in the "General Health History" section, specifically with two multiple-choice questions about family history:
1. Family members diagnosed with PCOS
2. Family members diagnosed with type-2 diabetes
Participants receive an error message stating: "One or more required questions have not been answered. You cannot proceed until these have been completed." This happens even when they select valid options, including "None of the above."
This error is preventing participants from continuing the survey. I've checked the question setup, and there are no apparent issues in the configuration.
Has anyone experienced a similar problem, or can you suggest potential causes? Any help would be greatly appreciated, as participants are dropping out due to this error.
