Hello,
I have a survey that a client is using. The survey has unique access links (due to having tokens). They are opening the survey links in a consecutive way, as they are finishing one interview, they open a new link for a new interview. A message started showing up (attached) where the survey can't be accessed, not in a different browser, not via incognito, not via different device. The only solution I found is to manually input the token and then the survey is shown as normal.
My question is what can be causing this? The survey has been running for 2 weeks now and this issue just started appearing. Is there some setting that I'm missing that can be adjusted so this message doesn't appear at all?
