Two pieces of response data will be generated for each respondent.
What steps do I take to create a survey that generates two pieces of answer data for one respondent?
Also, if I turn off "Allow multiple responses or answer updates with one access code" in the settings, will this kind of issue not occur?

I have received an inquiry from the survey administrator and need to explain the cause and solution, so I would like to ask the question.

To have only one response by participant

1. Survey must be not anonymous
2. Enable token-based response persistence mus be ON

I tried this but there was no improvement.
The issue occurred when I reloaded the response page while it was loading in the browser.

This seems to be the same issue as this one.
Will updating LS to the latest version solve the issue?
