After the course participant completes the survey, they get a confirmation email from LimeSurvey. In the confirmation email template is a custom link with a PDF of their unique certificate.

How can I attach a file to a Confirmation email? On the email template, we have a link that goes to a certificate. The certificate is a fillable PDF.This is a copy of the URL for the link. URL is: survey.orthonebraska.com/certs/2023/{TOKEN}.pdf. There are no files in LimeSurvey. When we click on the link it is giving a page not found. It seems like it’s searching for the PDF certificate, but it’s not finding it. I’m not seeing any files added to any of our previous surveys that also worked this way.

Why you think a link like that work : survey.example.com/certs/2023/{TOKEN}.pdf , if you want a likl like that : you lust construct the pdf.
