Hello fellow users,
I’m looking for an answer to the questions:
1.How to Invoke the screen about access code mismatch (the screen that a participant sees after being removed from the participants list)?
In tests, I sometimes see the screen visible in attachment 1, and other times I see the screen visible in attachment 2.

2. Whether it’s possible to customize the appearance of access code mismatch screen?
I’m interested in adjusting the message that the participant sees or its appearance/theme.

I would be grateful for any assistance.

Create 2 participants, get the link without newtest=Y part
Start survey with participant 1, move next
In same windows : paste the link for participant 2
