missing sub-questions in survey

Hi,
I am using LimeSurvey  LimeSurvey Community Edition  Version 5.4.9+221101 which is offered by the university. I recently created and activated a survey. While I have collected a significant number of responses, I have noticed that for the questions that contain sub-questions in a group of my survey, only the first five sub-questions are present and the rest have been removed. I am shocked by this problem and wonder why this happened to me. Do you have any idea what would be the problem?

Please do not use "report this" to get attention. There was no reason to report my post to the moderators.
Help us to help you!
  • Provide your LS version and where it is installed (own server, uni/employer, SaaS hosting, etc.).
  • Always provide a LSS file (not LSQ or LSG).

only the first five sub-questions are present and the rest have been removed.
 
It can not happen without any update.

 
Assistance on LimeSurvey forum and LimeSurvey core development are on my free time.
