I am having a strange issue with my survey development. I am working through adding translation for an English survey to Spanish. So far it has been very smooth. Now, I am trying to add the translation for answer options for a multiple choice question. The question in English has 17 answer options, when I fill out the Spanish translation, there are only 16 answers that I can translate, one of the answers is missing for some reason.

Has anyone encountered this? Anyone know what the cause may be an how I can solve this?

Without an example, it is hard to help. Is the missing item the "other" option?

Can you provide a LSS file with just this specific question? (do not send a LSQ or LSG file, make a copy of your survey, delete everything that is not necessary and export it as LSS).

Also, your installation is pretty old. Hasn't received any updates, bug fixes, security patches for over 4 years now. Time to update!

Might even be a bug in your version, but who knows? LS 3.x is EOL for quite some time now.
